Selio.ge is an online technology store. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, when it may be shared, and how you can manage it.

Data we collect

When you place an order, we may process the name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order contents and payment method you provide. For a company order, we may also receive an identification number and information required for an invoice.

Sign in with Google

If you choose Google sign-in, we receive only basic account information from Google: your name, email address, profile identifier and, when available, profile image URL. We use this information only to create your Selio.ge account, sign you in and protect your account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, behavioral profiling or unrelated marketing.

How we use data

We use data to process and deliver orders, communicate with customers, prepare invoices and delivery documents, manage accounts, prevent fraud and unauthorized access, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Cookies and technical storage

We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. We may use only essential session records or local browser storage to keep sign-in secure, remember the cart, language and theme.

Payments

Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, installment, split-payment and cryptocurrency details are processed by the relevant bank or payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Selio.ge does not receive or store your full card number, security code or Google Account password.

Data sharing

We share data only with services required to complete an order, such as delivery companies, payment providers and website infrastructure providers. They receive only the information necessary for their service. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their independent advertising.

Retention and security

Account data is retained while the account is active or until deletion is requested. Order and financial records are retained for service needs and legally required periods. We use access controls, secure connections and other reasonable technical safeguards against unauthorized access.

Your rights and choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, disconnect your Google Account, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also place an order without creating an account.
