Purpose of Selio.ge and account access

Selio.ge is an online technology store where users can browse, compare and order computers, phones, home appliances and accessories, with or without an account. Google Sign-In uses the user's name, email address and Google account identifier only to create or identify the user's Selio.ge account and provide access to saved account information.

Products, price and order

Product prices are displayed in Georgian lari and include applicable taxes. The product page shows its main specifications and stock status. An order is confirmed after it is recorded by Selio.ge. If a product becomes unavailable before fulfilment, no payment will be captured, or the paid amount will be refunded.

Payment

Payment is available by Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency where offered at checkout. Card and wallet data are processed by the payment provider; Selio.ge does not store full card details or security codes.

Delivery

Delivery is free throughout Georgia for orders from 99 GEL; otherwise it costs 10 GEL. Tbilisi: orders placed before 14:00 are delivered the same day; orders placed from 14:00 are delivered the next day. Regional delivery takes 2-3 working days, excluding weekends. Estimated dates are calculated on the product and checkout pages. Exceptional delays will be communicated using the contact details provided with the order.

Warranty service

The warranty period is stated on the product page and warranty document. A product includes a Selio.ge warranty card naming the relevant authorised service centre. Repairs covered by the warranty are free. For warranty service, contact the centre shown on the card and bring the product and warranty card.

Warranty exclusions

The commercial warranty does not cover mechanical damage, liquid damage, incorrect voltage, breach of operating instructions, software faults or damage caused by an unauthorised repair. Coverage of accessories and consumables is specified in the warranty document. These commercial-warranty exclusions do not limit statutory consumer rights for defective or non-conforming goods.

Cancellation and withdrawal

Before dispatch, request cancellation by email or phone and provide the order number. Subject to the exceptions established by Georgian law, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. Send a clear withdrawal notice to [email protected]. The item should be returned complete, with accessories and documents. The consumer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refund

Where withdrawal or refund is legally applicable, Selio.ge refunds the amount received, including the standard delivery charge paid, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund may be withheld until the goods are returned or proof of dispatch is provided. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Defective, damaged or non-conforming products

If a product is defective, damaged in transit or does not match the order, photograph the issue where possible and contact us promptly. Repair, replacement, price reduction or refund is handled under the warranty terms and applicable Georgian law.
